▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene composite material involves (s1) ultrasonically dispersing 0.2 g nitrogen-doped titanium dioxide powder in water for 20 minutes to form a suspension, (s2) adding a graphene oxide solution into the suspension and ultrasonically processing for 30 minutes to uniformly disperse the graphene oxide solution, and (s3) adding the obtained liquid into a reaction vessel, continuously stirring and reacting for 6 hours in an oil bath at 160℃, naturally cooling to room temperature, centrifuging and separating the prepared product, washing with distilled water, and drying in a blast drying oven for 5 hours at 80℃ to obtain nitrogen-doped titanium dioxide-graphene composite material. The composite material comprises nitrogen-doped titanium dioxide powder, graphene, surfactant, graphene oxide solution, anhydrous ethanol and water. USE - Preparation of graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method uses nitrogen doping of titanium dioxide powder to reduce forbidden band width and make the titanium dioxide have visible light activity without reducing UV light activity.
