▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-ferroferric oxide composite nanomaterial is manufactured by adding graphene to water to dissolve; adding iron nitrate nonahydrate to the solution to obtain mixed solution; stirring the mixed solution under water bath condition; centrifuging and separating the obtained sediment; washing the sediment for multiple times by ethanol and distilled water; drying the sediment under vacuum environment; heating the obtained product under argon; carrying out annealing treatment; and cooling to room temperature. USE - The graphene-ferroferric oxide composite nanomaterial is used for absorbing high-frequency electromagnetic wave (claimed). It is used for preparing into film. ADVANTAGE - The film prepared by the graphene-ferroferric oxide composite nanomaterial has absorption strength below - 20 dB when thickness is 3-6 mm, and microwave absorption intensity at 5.5-7 GHz exceeding - 30 dB. It has large absorbing frequency width. The method uses less raw materials, which are lighter; and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene-ferroferric oxide composite nanomaterial is manufactured by adding graphene (0.08-0.12 g) to water (280-320 ml) to dissolve; adding iron nitrate nonahydrate (Fe(NO3)3.9H2O) (0.05-0.15 g) to the solution to obtain mixed solution; stirring the mixed solution under water bath condition at 50 degrees C for 2 hours; centrifuging and separating the obtained sediment; washing the sediment for multiple times by ethanol and distilled water; drying the sediment under vacuum environment; heating the obtained product under argon at 350 degrees C; carrying out annealing treatment to the product for 2 hours; and cooling to room temperature. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene-ferroferric oxide composite nanomaterial.
