▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene oxide magnetic bead, comprises a nitride iron bead core and a graphene shell layer coated on the iron nitride magnetic bead core surface; and the graphene shell layer is modified by intercalation oxidation. USE - The antibody coupling graphene oxide magnetic bead is useful in cell sorting (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide bead: performs oxidation modification to the graphene shell, does not need extra coating other material to realize antibody coupling; and there is no blocking magnetic response. The immunomagnetic bead: can realize the sorting of T cells, and can stimulate the proliferation of the separated T cells; its the hydrophilicity makes it easy to disperse in water; can fully contact with cells, and improves the cell recovery rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for (1) a method for preparing graphene oxide magnetic bead comprising (1) mixing graphene-coated iron nitride magnetic beads, sodium nitrate, sulfuric acid, and potassium permanganate to obtain a first mixed liquid, (2) ultrasonically dispersing the first mixed material liquid, then mixing with water to obtain a second mixed material liquid, and (3) performing intercalation oxidation on the second mixed material liquid to obtain graphene oxide magnetic beads, the temperature of the intercalation oxidation is 80-90 degrees C, and the time of the intercalation oxidation is 3-8 minutes; (2) an antibody coupling oxidized graphene magnetic bead, comprising the graphene shell layer of the graphene oxide magnetic bead is coupled with cluster of differentiation 3 (CD3) antibody; (3) a method for preparing antibody coupling oxidized graphene magnetic bead; and (4) using method of antibody coupling graphene oxide magnetic bead in cell sorting comprising mixing the antibody-coupled graphene oxide magnetic beads with the cells to be sorted for magnetic separation, collecting the magnetic beads and washing, and the antibody-coupled graphene oxide magnetic beads can stimulate the proliferation of the sorted T-cells.
