NOVELTY - Rigid polyurethane foam thermal insulation material comprises a rigid polyurethane foam thermal insulation material matrix and a modified material powder C, a modified material powder D and a modified material powder E for modification. The rigid polyurethane foam insulation material matrix includes multiple closed cells. The modified material powder C is graphite, graphene/polymer composite material, silica, aluminum hydroxide, white carbon black and/or quartz powder. The modified material powder D is vitrified microbeads and/or pearl sand. The modified material powder E is hollow glass beads and/or hollow ceramic beads. The powder C, the powder D, and the powder E are evenly distributed and embedded in the cell walls of the cells in the rigid polyurethane foam insulation material matrix. The total mass of the modified material powder C, the modified material powder D and the modified material powder E accounts for 15-55% of the mass of the rigid polyurethane foam insulation material. USE - Used as rigid polyurethane foam thermal insulation material. ADVANTAGE - The composite rock wool insulation board has Class A fire resistance, excellent heat preservation and water resistance.
