NOVELTY - Conductive repair solution for cable buffer layer ablation failure, comprises component-A and component-B in mass ratio of 3:7-7:3, the component-A comprises 78-95.5 pts. wt. vinyl silicone oil, 3-10 pts. wt. cunductive filler, 1-10 pts. wt. catalyst, 0.5-2 pts. wt. surfactant, 0.5-2 pts. wt. waterproof emulsion, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. nano copper silicide, and 2-3 pts. wt. boron nitride; the component-B comprises 44.5-78.9 pts. wt. vinyl silicone oil, 20-50 pts. wt. hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 1-5 pts. wt. thickening agent, and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent. USE - The conductive repair solution for repairing cable buffer layer ablation failure. ADVANTAGE - The conductive repair solution: has good dispersibility; uses nano boron nitride which actively improves the thermal conductivity of the silica gel after curing, and at same time increases the strength after curing; and is injected into the cable main body to improve the cable load flow. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the conductive repair solution comprising (1) adding the raw materials of component A into a mixer with a heat and decompression system, stirring and mixing evenly to prepare component A; (2) adding the raw materials of component B into a mixer with a heat and decompression system, stirring and mixing evenly to obtain component B; and (3) when using, mixing and solidifying component A and component B according to the mass ratio.
