▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for in-situ growth of graphene film on nickel-plated surface of copper metal substrate by laser comprises (i) introducing metal nickel coating on the copper substrate by electrochemical plating process to form a copper-nickel alloy coating of the copper surface substrate and metal nickel, (ii) pre-coating different solid carbon sources on the coating of copper and nickel alloy, and (iii) using different types of laser to surface the focusing laser irradiation to realize in-situ growth of graphene film. USE - Method for in-situ growth of graphene film on nickel-plated surface of copper metal substrate by laser, which is useful in production, transportation, aerospace and other aspects. ADVANTAGE - The laser in situ growth graphene film: has excellent mechanical performance, arc ablation resistance and high conductivity. The method provides durable arc-ablation protection to copper metal surface to endow the copper metal with excellent anti-oxidant and anti-welding characteristic. The electrochemical performance of copper metal is improved. The service life and safety of the copper based material prepared by the static contact working and the piece contact are prolonged. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the surface of the copper-nickel alloy after the laser irradiation drop-coating carbon source of the film.
