▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of tapioca starch-based conductive transparent bioplastic involves mixing tapioca flour as a main matrix material, water as a solvent, and glycerol as a plasticizer, adding graphene filler produced by peeling off and intercalating 2B pencil graphite rod by electrochemical process, and mechanical peeling in a blender. USE - Manufacture of tapioca starch-based conductive transparent bioplastic for solar cell applications including dye sensitized solar cells, and flexible touch screen applications. ADVANTAGE - The bioplastic having conductivity of 1.57x 10-1 / Omega .cm, resistivity of 6.34 Omega .cm, transparency of 82.72%, tensile strength of 4.116 MPa, elongation of 5.453% and Young's modulus of 75.476 MPa can be produced.
