NOVELTY - Produciing corrosion resistant rubber mold pressing sieve plate, comprises: adding benzoxazine to the fluororubber mixed material during the open-mixing process, and mixing to obtain a rubber-plastic premix; re-melting the rubber-plastic premix, performing double-sided extrusion and calendering into a sheet after returning, adding vulcanizing agent during refining process, obtaining calendered rubber sheet, and calendered base fabric is basalt base fabric; and cutting the calendered rubber sheet into strips, uniformly stacking and filling according to the sieve plate mold, compression molding, vulcanizing, and curing. USE - The method is useful for producing corrosion resistant rubber mold pressing sieve plate. ADVANTAGE - The method can increase the mechanical strength of the composite material, improve the curing rate; so as to reduce the forming difficulty of the sieve plate. The sieve plate comprises basalt framework with high strength, excellent adhesive force, tough and compact, strong antipenetrability; is capable of resisting corrosion of various chemicals; has excellent water resistance and acid and alkali corrosion resistance; has high modulus, long service life, high temperature resistance, good mechanical property, and reliable safety.
