▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation method of three-dimensional graphene/copper composite material involves weighing graphene oxide dispersion liquid, placing in PTFE mold and then freeze-drying, placing alloy in graphene foam and then processing, placing in quartz crucible and performing pressureless infiltration process using tube furnace. USE - The method is useful for preparation of three-dimensional graphene/copper composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple, easy, safe and economical preparation of three-dimensional graphene/copper composite material with high yield and excellent thermal conductivity and reliability.
