NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene for aqueous coating by taking graphene oxide, silane coupling agent in water, carboxymethyl cellulose, reacting, adding dispersant, stirring, adding reducing agent, and reacting to obtain graphene oxide solution; adding water, emulsifier, acrylamide, and polyurethane, heating, stirring, adding methyl methacrylate, emulsifying, heating, adding initiator, reacting, and finishing dripping to obtain emulsion; and adding styrene, butyl acrylate, delusterant, butyl cellosolve, and initiator to obtain first emulsion, dripping, finishing dripping, and heating. USE - Method for preparing graphene for aqueous coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating improves light resistance and abrasion resistance of aqueous coating, improves elongation at break, and prevents waterborne paint film yellowing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene for aqueous coating comprises taking 3-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3-16 pts. wt. silane coupling agent in water, 3-8 pts. wt. carboxymethyl cellulose, reacting at 40-70 degrees C for 1-5 hours, adding 0.5-2 pts. wt. dispersant, stirring for 10-30 minutes, adding 3-24 pts. wt. reducing agent, and reacting at 30-50 degrees C for 3-5 hours to obtain graphene oxide solution; adding 50-100 pts. wt. water, 0.5-1 pt. wt. emulsifier, 0.9-1.8 pts. wt. acrylamide, and 15-30 pts. wt. polyurethane, heating at 45-55 degrees C, stirring for 15-25 minutes, adding 10-25 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, emulsifying, heating at 60-70 degrees C, adding 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. initiator, reacting for 0.5-2 hours, and finishing dripping to obtain emulsion for 1-2 hours; and adding 3-5 pts. wt. styrene, 1-3 pts. wt. butyl acrylate, 0.2-3 pts. wt. delusterant, 1-3 pts. wt. butyl cellosolve, and 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. initiator to obtain first emulsion, dripping for 0.5-2 hours at 40-60 degrees C, finishing dripping, heating at 90 degrees C, stirring, reacting for 1 hour, adding 2-6 pts. wt. grafted graphene solution and 1-4 pts. wt. hexamethylene diisocyanate, adding 0.5-1 pt. wt. crosslinking agent, 0.5-1 pt. wt. emulsifying agent, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. sodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. sodium nitrite, and 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. potassium chromate, reacting at 70-80 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour, and adding organic alkali to adjust pH value to neutral.
