NOVELTY - Molding of magnetotherapy mattress involves adding 40-50 parts mass natural latex and 1-3 parts mass graphene to 1-2 parts mass foaming agent to foam, stirring and mixing 25-40 parts mass polyolefin, 2-9 parts mass carbon fibers, 0.5-2 part mass surfactant, 1.5-3 parts mass foam stabilizer, and 0.5-1 part mass catalyst to the foam mixture in sequence at a stirring rate of 450-650 rpm for 30-50 minutes to obtain a mixed liquid, adding 10-12 parts mass toluene diisocyanate, stirring and mixing, maintaining still for reaction foaming to obtain a foamed mattress, placing a magnet in the mold cavity, passing the foamed mattress through a hose and transporting to the mold, filling the mold to the top with the foamed mattress and closing the mold, gelling or solidifying the foam under the action of a gelling agent so that the magnet and foam are solidified to obtain a magnetotherapy mattress mold, curing the mold in a steam room, and removing the mattress from the mold, washing and drying. USE - Molding of magnetotherapy mattress. ADVANTAGE - The method produces magnetotherapy mattress which is convenient to use and has excellent wear resistance and long service life, by one-step and simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Molding of magnetotherapy mattress involves making specifications of a mold according to size and area of a magnetic bed sheet, determining a film flow, temperature, mold position, and quality inspection of a mold cavity, testing the mold and recording to obtain a magnetotherapy mattress mold, adding 40-50 parts mass natural latex and 1-3 parts mass graphene to 1-2 parts mass foaming agent to foam, stirring and mixing 25-40 parts mass polyolefin, 2-9 parts mass carbon fibers, 0.5-2 part mass surfactant, 1.5-3 parts mass foam stabilizer, and 0.5-1 part mass catalyst to the foam mixture in sequence at a stirring rate of 450-650 rpm for 30-50 minutes to obtain a mixed liquid, adding 10-12 parts mass toluene diisocyanate, stirring and mixing, maintaining still for reaction foaming to obtain a foamed mattress, placing a magnet in the mold cavity, passing the foamed mattress through a hose and transporting to the mold, filling the mold to the top with the foamed mattress and closing the mold, gelling or solidifying the foam under the action of a gelling agent so that the magnet and foam are solidified to obtain a magnetotherapy mattress mold, curing the mold in a steam room, and removing the mattress from the mold, washing and drying.
