NOVELTY - An aqueous chromium-free Dacromet(RTM: aqueous solution comprising zinc in flake phase, aluminum metal powder and inorganic compound) green paint comprises a component (a) comprising 20-40 pts. wt. zinc powder, 6-15 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 2-8 pts. wt. wetting agent, 1-5 pts. wt. dispersant, and 5-15 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide prepared by modifying graphene oxide with polyetheramine, and a component (b) comprising 15-30 pts. wt. epoxy resin emulsion, 1-3 pts. wt. corrosion inhibitor, 1-5 pts. wt. adhesion promoter, 0.5-1 pt. wt. defoamer, 0.5-1 pt. wt. film-forming additive and 16-40 pts. wt. water. USE - Aqueous chromium-free Dacromet (RTM: aqueous solution comprising zinc in flake phase, aluminum metal powder and inorganic compound) green paint. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous chromium-free Dacromet(RTM: aqueous solution comprising zinc in flake phase, aluminum metal powder and inorganic compound) green paint improves the anti-aging performance of the coating material by the synergistic effect of each raw material, improves the adhesive force of coating material, further enhances the acid resistance and alkali resistance of coating materials, water resistance and neutral salt mist resistance, so as to improve anti-corrosion performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the paint, which involves mixing the zinc powder, aluminum powder, wetting agent, dispersant and modified graphene oxide, pulverizing, adding epoxy resin emulsion, corrosion inhibitor, adhesion promoter, defoamer, film-forming additive and water, and mixing evenly.
