NOVELTY - The ultra-low loss light aviation radio frequency cable has an inner conductor (2), insulation, outer conductor (4) and sheath layer (5). The inner conductor is a micro-nano graphene inner conductor. An insulating layer (3) is a microporous polytetrafluoroethylene tape wrapped insulation layer. The outer conductor is a micro-nano graphene outer conductor. The inner conductor is a reinforced core (1) through immersed graphene emulsion. The micro-nano graphene inner conductor formed after the curing is bake vertically through the heating tube. USE - Ultra-low loss light aviation radio frequency cable used in aerospace environment. ADVANTAGE - The cable has small voltage standing wave ratio and good shielding performance. The cable has small outer diameter, light weight and high and low temperature resistance.
