NOVELTY - Graphene oxide is dispersed in a solvent and a thiophene monomer is added to obtain a mixed solution. An oxidant solution is added to the mixed solution and reacted in an ice bath. A reducing agent solution is added, stirred, and reacted in an ice bath. Impurity ions are removed by mixing with hydrochloric acid solution, the solution is cleaned and filtered, and the filtrate is dried to obtain a polythiophene-based reduced graphene oxide composite. USE - Preparation of polythiophene-based reduced graphene oxide composite for use as lithium ion battery material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of polythiophene-based reduced graphene oxide composite comprises graphene oxide dispersed well in the solution to form a space sandwich structure.
