NOVELTY - A polarization-independent wave-absorbing device has a periodic graphene multi-resonator network structure layer, an upper dielectric layer, a bias voltage layer, a lower dielectric layer and a metal layer. The horizontal and vertical periods of the unit structure of the periodic graphene multi-resonator network structure layer have square shape. USE - Wave-absorbing device for absorption of broad-band terahertz wave and electromagnetic waves in mid-infrared, far-infrared, visible light or other frequency bands. ADVANTAGE - The wave-absorbing device has simple structure.
