NOVELTY - An electric heating material comprises the graphene modified manufacturing heating core on the rock wool and filled into the heating core electric heating material of the heating steel tube to form a composite. USE - Electric heating material for heavy oil production. ADVANTAGE - The electric heating material has high thermal conduction, fast efficiency, improved production efficiency and it can be prepared in cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing electric heating material, which involves pretreating the rock wool to remove impurities, depositing the graphene oxide on the surface of the pretreated rock wool, placing the graphite wool deposited with graphene oxide in a sodium borohydride solution to reduce the graphene oxide to obtain the graphene-rockwool material, after the reduction is completed, drying the graphene-rockwool material and filling into a heating steel pipe as a heating core to obtain the finished product.
