▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene is obtained by providing a metallic foil, forming a carbon thin film as metal thin film, irradiating laser to the carbon thin film, and cooling the mixed layer of carbon and metal formed by laser irradiation. USE - Manufacture of graphene for display devices and solar cells. Can also be used for transistors and electrode materials. ADVANTAGE - The method enables direct and quick formation of graphene having large area on a substrate, without requiring high-temperature annealing. Since laser heat treatment is used, heating problems of lower plate are prevented.
