NOVELTY - A transition metal oxide/graphene composite manufacturing method involves dispersing graphite oxide powder into polyol solvent and mixing dispersion solution and transition metal salt. Distilled water and pH control solvent are added to the mixture and made to react with the mixture under microwave. USE - Method for manufacturing transition metal oxide/graphene composite of a secondary lithium battery, a fuel cell, a super capacitor and a gas sensor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables shortening synthesis time of transition metal oxide/graphene composite, and allows the transition metal oxide to be evenly distributed on the graphene.
