▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method comprises (a) preparing nano-silver sol by sol-gel method, mixing silver nano solution with graphene oxide solution modified by polyvinylpyrrolidone and PDDA solution, stirring to obtain nano-silver/nano-graphene oxide SERS substrate and mixing with the gold nano-solution to obtain SERS substrate composed of nano-silver/nano-graphene oxide/nano-gold and growing on the surface of the suspended core in microstructured optical fiber under the action of chemical bonding to prepare optofluidic online SERS sensing fiber in optical fiber, (b) carrying out modification of the microstructured optical fiber by the acceptor domain, and (c) carrying out micropore etching on the surface of the microstructure optical fiber with the nano-silver/nano-graphene oxide/nano-gold particles functionalized with ACE2 as SERS substrate that can specifically bind to SARS-CoV-2. USE - Optical flow control type micro-structure optical fiber and SERS substrate integrated type fast detecting coronaviridae virus Raman sensor. ADVANTAGE - The micro-fluidic Raman SARS-CoV-2 spike protein sensor has high integration degree, high sensitivity, fast response speed, small sample consumption, strong anti-interference ability, and simple operation.
