NOVELTY - Preparation of silk core-spun yarn involves dissolving titanium isopropoxide in ethanol, adding hydrochloric acid solution and deionized water, stirring to obtain nano-titanium dioxide sol, dispersing graphene oxide in ethanol to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adding nano-titanium dioxide sol, filtering and then drying to obtain graphene/nano-titanium oxide composite material, dissolving chitosan in acetic acid solution, adding graphene/nano-titanium oxide composite material, ultrasonically processing, adding glutaraldehyde solution, drying to obtain chitosan crosslinked graphene/nano-titanium oxide material, adding gelatin binder, mixing with polyacrylate resin particles to obtain masterbatch, mixing the masterbatch and polyurethane, extruding to obtain modified spandex fiber, degumming silk with sodium carbonate, adding dopamine-containing tris-hydrochloride buffer solution, drying to obtain polydopamine-modified silk, placing in roller and then twisting and winding. USE - The method is useful for preparation of silk core-spun yarn. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of silk core-spun yarn with excellent antibacterial property and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of silk core-spun yarn involves dissolving titanium isopropoxide in ethanol, adding 0.1 mol/l hydrochloric acid solution as catalyst and deionized water, stirring at room temperature for 3 hours to obtain nano-titanium dioxide sol, dispersing graphene oxide in ethanol to obtain 0.55 mg/ml graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adding nano-titanium dioxide sol, reacting at 120 degrees C for 10 hours, filtering and then drying to obtain graphene/nano-titanium oxide composite material, dissolving chitosan in 5% acetic acid solution, adding graphene/nano-titanium oxide composite material, ultrasonically processing at room temperature for 1 hour under power of 500 W, adding 5 %mass glutaraldehyde solution, carrying out crosslinking reaction for 2 hours, stirring at 50 degrees C under speed of 3000 rpm, cooling to room temperature, filtering and then drying to obtain chitosan crosslinked graphene/nano-titanium oxide material, adding gelatin binder, mixing with polyacrylate resin particles to obtain masterbatch, mixing the masterbatch and polyurethane using twin-screw extruder, melting at 200-300 degrees C, extruding to obtain modified spandex fiber, degumming silk with sodium carbonate, adding dopamine-containing tris-hydrochloride buffer solution, stirring at room temperature for 5 hours, filtering and then drying to obtain polydopamine-modified silk, adding the modified spandex fiber and polydopamine-modified silk to spinning device and then spinning, placing in roller and then twisting and winding.
