NOVELTY - High-durability polymer mortar comprises 200-280 pts. wt. water, 410-450 pts. wt. metakaolin, 160-200 pts. wt. fly ash, 600-620 pts. wt. quartz sand, 500-520 pts. wt. alkali excitant, 30-60 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 3-8 pts. wt. microcrystalline cellulose, 10-30 pts. wt. organic acid, 3-5 pts. wt. surfactant, 30-60 pts. wt. nano SiO2 and 1-5 pts. wt. water reducing agent. The alkali excitant is composed of sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide in a mass ratio of 445:71. The water reducingagent is polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent. The surfactant is dodecyl benzene sulfonate or dodecyl sodium sulfate. The organic acid is the mixture of citric acid and trimesic acid with the mol ratio of 1: 4. USE - Used as high-durability polymer mortar. ADVANTAGE - The high durability polymer mortar improves the durability of the high durability polymer mortar.
