▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - In situ composite energy-saving thin film comprises 80-93 mol% N,N-dimethylformamide, 3-9.3 mol% 4,4-diaminodiphenyl ether, 3.2-11 mol% pyromellitic dianhydride, 0.015-0.020 mol% graphene oxide and 0.34-0.40 mol% ultrafine particle powder. USE - Used as in situ composite energy-saving thin film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing thin film, comprising (i) preparing polyamic acid sol by taking N,N-dimethylformamide, 4,4-diamino diphenyl ether, pyromellitic dianhydride and nano-graphene oxide ultrafine particles powder adding into a reaction vessel, reacting at 15-35 degrees C with stirring for 2-3 hours; (ii) uniformly spraying polyamide acid sol at room temperature, carrying out spin coating deposition, where first spinning speed is 700-900 rotations/minute, continuing the spinning process for 15-18 seconds, where second spinning speed is 3700-4500 rotations/minute for 25-35 seconds; and (iii) drying.
