NOVELTY - Environment-friendly low volatile organic compound anti-corrosive coating comprises primer and scratch-proof coating. The primer comprises 55-60 pts. wt. aqueous EAU acrylic acid emulsion, 15-25 pts. wt. chlorinated rubber epoxy resin, 0.1-3.5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent and 10-25 pts. wt. filler. The scratch-proof coating comprises 35-40 pts. wt. polyacrylate emulsion, 0.1-5.5 pts. wt. nano bamboo carbon fiber, 0.1-3.5 pts. wt. graphene powder, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. phenanthroline, 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. dispersant and 3-6 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Used as environment-friendly low volatile organic compound anti-corrosive coating comprising e.g. aqueous acrylic acid emulsion. ADVANTAGE - The anti-corrosion coating is environment-friendly; improves dispersion performance; absorb the volatile organic compounds gas; satisfies the needs of indoor use; does not cause much impact on the environment and is suitable for popularization and use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing environment-friendly low volatile organic compound anti-corrosive coating comprising preparing primer including (a) placing filler into a grinder, fully grinding, placing into a stirrer, stirring, placing the auxiliary agent into a stirrer, stirring to obtain mixed powder A, (b) placing aqueous EAU acrylic emulsion and chlorinated rubber epoxy resin into a reaction kettle, mixing, stirring for 8-15 minutes, reacting to 60-75℃ to obtain the mixed liquid A and (c) adding the mixed powder A into the mixed liquid A, adjusting the reaction temperature to 75-95℃, stirring time to 15-20 minutes to obtain the primer and preparing scratch-proof coating including (1) placing graphene powder into a grinder, fully grinding, placing into a stirrer for fully stirring, placing the phenanthroline and nano bamboo carbon fiber into a stirrer, stirring to obtain the mixed powder B, (2) placing the solvent, polyacrylate emulsion and dispersant into the reaction kettle, mixing, stirring for 5-10 minutes, reacting to 40-60℃ to obtain the mixed liquid B and (3) placing the mixed powder B into the mixed liquid B, adjusting the reaction temperature to 40-60℃, the stirring time to 4-8 minutes to obtain the scratch-proof coating.
