NOVELTY - Liposome-loaded gel has a void structure comprising raw material chosen from hydroxyethylcellulose, asiaticoside, chitosan, graphene oxide, vitamin E, lecithin and cholesterol. USE - The liposome-loaded gel is used for providing electrical nerve stimulation and inhibiting nerve scar (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The liposome-loaded gel is mass-produced in a simple and cost-effective manner, reduces irritation, and has increased stability and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing the liposome-loaded gel for providing electrical nerve stimulation and inhibiting nerve scar, which involves (a) performing oxidation of hydroxyethyl cellulose by dissolving the hydroxyethyl cellulose powder in an ice water bath, placing in an aqueous solution having a mass ratio of 2%, adding an excess amount of the oxidizing agent (sodium periodate) to adjust the pH and reaction temperature, protecting reaction from light for 5-9 hours, dialyzing for 72 hours, drying, and obtaining aldehyde-based hydroxyethyl cellulose, (b) preparing asiaticoside liposome by dissolving the phospholipid, cholesterol and vitamin E in dichloromethane, evaporating organic solvent by a rotary evaporator to form a uniform film on the container wall, dissolving the asiaticoside powder in a phosphate buffer solution of pH of 7.4, washing film, hydrating the membrane, and obtaining liposome suspension of asiaticoside, and freeze-drying to obtain a liposome, and (c) preparing crosslinked gel by dissolving the aldehyde-based hydroxyethyl cellulose in an aqueous solution of graphene oxide to obtain a mixed solution, uniformly dispersing the lyophilized powder of the asiaticoside liposome in the mixed solution and stirring the mixture, dissolving chitosan in the acetic acid solution, mixing the mixture, combining the solution mixture under stirring and cross-linking to obtain a liposome-loaded gel.
