NOVELTY - A stretch-resistant and high-flame-retardant power cable includes a cable core, and a sheath layer coated on an outer portion of the cable core. The sheath layer comprises 200-300 pts. wt. PVC, 6-20 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 3-12 pts. wt. lignin, 9-25 pts. wt. pentaerythritol, 5-12 pts. wt. polyaluminum polyphosphate, 6-15 pts. wt. brucite, 5-16 pts. wt. chromium oxalate, 7-14 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-9 pts. wt. red mud, 3-9 pts. wt. zinc hydroxystannate coated-halloysite, 2-10 pts. wt. nano silica, 2-9 pts. wt. ammonium octamolybdate, 7-25 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, 1-5 pts. wt. dioctyl terephthalate, 5-14 pts. wt. diethylene glycol monobutyl ether adipate, 2-9 pts. wt. hexamethyldisilazane, 3-12 pts. wt. maleic-anhydride-grafted polyethylene and 1-3.5 pts. wt. maleic-anhydride-grafted polypropylene.
