▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves forming a first graphene transparent conductive layer on a surface of a first polarizer to form a first conductive polarizer. A second graphene transparent conductive layer is formed on a surface of a second polarizer to form a second conductive polarizer. The first conductive polarizer is arranged on a side of a first substrate. The first graphene transparent conductive layer is formed between the first polarizer and the first substrate. The second conductive polarizer is arranged on a side of the second substrate. A second graphene transparent conductive layer is formed between the second polarizer and the second substrate, where the first and second graphene transparent conductive layers are powered to heat a liquid crystal layer. USE - Method for manufacturing an LCD. ADVANTAGE - The method enables arranging the first graphene transparent conductive layer on an LCD without need of the substrate so as to reduce attenuation of brightness of backlight. The method enables uniformly heating a surface of the LCD using a surface contact to reduce temperature difference between a center and a periphery of the liquid crystal layer so as to eliminate need for an additional auxiliary heating device, thus realizing normal operation of the LCD under low temperature environment. The method enables arranging the first and second graphene transparent conductive layers with each other to reduce thickness and weight of the LCD, thus satisfying requirements of ultra-thin and ultra-light of the LCD.
