NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene-carbon nanotube composite material involves adding graphite to concentrated sulfuric acid in beaker, adding potassium permanganate, transferring reaction solution to water bath, stirring, adding ice water, dripping hydrogen peroxide, filtering, washing, drying powder, adding oxidized graphite powder into glass bottle, placing in an oven, microwave processing to obtain mildly reduced graphene oxide, adding mildly reduced graphene oxide and ferrocene to agate mortar, mixing, transferring mixed black powder to a glass bottle, and microwave treating. USE - Microwave preparation of graphene-carbon nanotube composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables the preparation of graphene-carbon nanotube composite material having excellent electrical conductivity and magnetic property by simple process at low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The microwave preparation method of graphene-carbon nanotube composite material involves adding 2-4 g graphite to 100-120 ml concentrated sulfuric acid in a beaker at room temperature, slowly adding 15-20 g potassium permanganate to an ice bath, transferring the reaction solution to a water bath, stirring at 28-33 degrees C for 20-50 minutes, adding 300-450 ml diluted ice water, dripping hydrogen peroxide, suction filtering, washing golden brown filter cake with water, drying the powder in a vacuum oven, adding the oxidized graphite powder into a glass bottle, placing in a microwave oven, microwave processing at 1000 W for 20-50 seconds to obtain mildly reduced graphene oxide, adding 13-18 mg mildly reduced graphene oxide and 20-35 mg ferrocene to an agate mortar, mixing for 15 minutes, transferring the mixed black powder to a glass bottle, and microwave treating at 1000 W for 20-50 seconds.
