NOVELTY - An alkane zinc silicon aluminum anti-corrosive paint comprises 5-10 pts. wt. trichloroacetic acid, 30-40 pts. wt. phenolic epoxy resin, 20-30 pts. wt. silicone-acrylic resin, 20-30 pts. wt. acetone extract of lignite liquefying residue, 0.5-1 pt. wt. antifoaming agent, 2-6 pts. wt. sheet-shaped aluminum powder, 5-10 pts. wt. nano-silicon oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. sheet-shaped zinc powder and 10-20 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Alkane zinc silicon aluminum anti-corrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The product improves bonding ability between sheet-shaped aluminum powder and sheet-shaped zinc powder and resin component and bonding ability and stability between coating and steel structure material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing alkane zinc silicon aluminum anti-corrosive paint comprising first stirring trichloroacetic acid, phenolic epoxy resin, silicone-acrylic resin and acetone extract of lignite liquefying residue, adding graphene oxide, sheet-shaped aluminum powder, nano-silicon oxide, sheet-shaped zinc powder and lignite liquefied residue for ball milling, adding antifoaming agent and benzoquinone, second stirring and filtering.
