▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene oxide-polyurethane coating material, comprises (i) adding isophorone diisocyanate modified graphene oxide into component A of polyurethane coating layer, then adding butyl acetate, stirring and dispersing ultrasonically to obtain modified graphene oxide-component A (MGO/A) mixture, where the component A is a hydroxy group-containing polyurethane component, and (ii) drying MGO/A mixture to remove butyl acetate, adding component B1, then adding butyl acetate (10-15% of the total mass of A and B1), stirring uniformly, keeping the mixture under vacuum of 0.09-0.1 MPa for more than 5 minutes, and then pouring into a mold and curing to obtain final product, where the B1 component is isocyanate group-containing polyurethane component, and isophorone diisocyanate modified graphene oxide accounts for 2-5% of the total mass of the A and B1 components. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified graphene oxide-polyurethane coating material. ADVANTAGE - The coating material: contains modified graphene oxide, which improves Young's modulus of the coating material; ensures significant reduction in the residue rate; and exhibits excellent ablation resistance.
