NOVELTY - Difluoroethyl acetate, prepared by primary microwave heating, secondary microwave heating, primary purification and secondary purification. USE - Difluoroethyl acetate is used in field of chemical industry. ADVANTAGE - The method uses polystyrene microsphere as template to obtain the magnetic microsphere, the porous hollow structure is endowed with higher catalytic activity, at the same time, it can absorb impurity; then depositing and coating graphene oxide, forming flower cluster-shaped nickel base hydrotalcite, uniformly dispersing on the surface of the microsphere graphene, magnetic microsphere and nickel-based metal active component together, thus enhancing catalytic activity. The difluoroethyl acetate has high purity and high yield effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation technique of difluoroethyl acetate, comprising: (1) mixing 2-chloro-1, 1-difluoro-ethane and 3.6-5% sodium hydroxide according to mass ratio of 1: 0.1-1: 0.2, microwave heating for 3-4 hours, cooling to room temperature, allowing to stand until the aqueous layer appears, layering, rectifying, collecting product A, (2) under the magnetic field of 80-140 mT, placing the product A, anhydrous sodium acetate, solvent, self-made catalyst, with water carrying agent according to mass ratio of 1: 0.5: 3: 0.001: 0.1 to 1: 1.2: 6: 0.001: 0.1 in a high pressure reaction kettle, microwave heating to 120-130°C, thermal insulating and reacting for 7-9 hours, distilling and collecting fraction below 140°C, obtaining the crude material of difluoroethyl acetate; and (3) under the high static water pressure of 200-300 MPa, using molecular sieve to dehydrate the difluoroethyl acetate crude material until the water is 100 ppm, rectifying, collecting fraction; and distilling to obtain difluoroethyl acetate.
