NOVELTY - The biosensor has a glass substrate whose two sides are formed with ITO part. The ITO part is covered on a pole. A non-glass substrate is provided with graphene and the ITO part that are located on two sides of graphite alkene part. The ITO part of a capacitor is covered with graphite gasket PET that is formed with an upper sputtering gold film. The upper sputtering gold film is covered on a PET substrate. Silicon-on-insulator glue is formed on a sample tank in the glass substrate. An electrode is connected with the capacitor. Thickness of the film is about 150 nm. USE - Graphene capacitor biosensor. ADVANTAGE - The biosensor realizes detect limit of adenosine triphosphate.
