NOVELTY - A rubber filler composite graphene gel comprises 60-75 pts. wt. graphite powder, 10-15 pts. wt. organic phase change material comprising palmitic acid, lauric acid, stearic acid or decanoic acid, 5-10 pts. wt. aqueous adhesive comprising 3:0.5-1:0.01-0.1 mass ratio of acrylic acid adhesive, nano silica and triethylamine, 10-30 pts. wt. porous starch and 1-5 pts. wt. dispersant. USE - Rubber filler composite graphene gel. ADVANTAGE - The gel has good dispersibility. The method is low-cost and environment-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of rubber filler composite graphene gel comprising taking organic phase change material, heating at 60-80 degrees C, stirring at rate of 100-500 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 10-20 minutes, adding graphite powder, stirring at rate of 500-800 rpm for 30-60 minutes, cooling, grinding, adding aqueous adhesive, stirring at rate of 500-1000 rpm, grinding, peeling, taking porous starch and water, heating at 60-100 degrees C, stirring at rate of 300-800 rpm for 10-15 minutes, adding dispersant, stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding prepared raw material, stirring for 10-40 minutes, and extruding.
