NOVELTY - Preparing concrete water reducing agent comprises (i) mixing graphene oxide and water, adding solid base to react with 2-chloroacrylic acid to obtain carboxylated graphene dispersion, (ii) adding methallyl polyoxyethylene ether or isopentenyl polyoxyethylene ether into the carboxylated graphene dispersion to mix uniformly, and then adding initiator to mix uniformly, and (iii) preparing aqueous solution 1 mixed with chain transfer agent and reducing agent and aqueous solution 2 of alkenoic acid compound below 45 degrees Celsius, dropping the aqueous solution 1 and aqueous solution 2 into the mixed solution obtained in step (ii), controlling dripping time at 2-3.5 hours, incubating for 1-2 hours, and adjusting the pH to 6.8-7.2 using pH regulator. USE - The concrete water reducing agent is useful in concrete material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The concrete water reducing agent has excellent water reducing effect and slump protecting effect.
