NOVELTY - The method involves adding an auxiliary agent in an adding material that is fixed in a double-screw extruder. A uniform blending process is carried out by the double-screw extruder. The double-screw extruder is extruded with a graphene modified nylon-66 high intensity composite thin product. Feeding section temperature of the double-screw extruder is controlled upto 240-270 degrees Celsius. Temperature of the adding material is maintained at 265-285 degrees Celsius at cooling speed of 5-100 m/min according to die temperature of 2-20 degrees Celsius. USE - Graphene modified nylon-66-type high intensity composite thin product extrusion forming method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving practicability and strength of a graphene modified nylon-66-type high intensity composite thin product in an effective manner.
