▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Water-soluble single-layer or multilayer graphene is dissolved in water, and ultrasonically processed, to obtain graphene oxide solution. Obtained graphene oxide solution and inorganic crystal material having reduced grain size are uniformly mixed, coated on glass base material, and dried, to obtain single-layer or multilayer graphene composite film on glass substrate. The single-layer or multilayer graphene composite film is reduced by a reducing agent, and roasted. Thus, preparation of counter electrode is carried out. USE - Preparation of counter electrode used for dye-sensitized solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The counter electrode is economically prepared by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Water-soluble single-layer or multilayer graphene is dissolved in water or organic solvent, and ultrasonically processed to dissolve completely, to obtain graphene oxide solution having concentration of 0.l-10 mg/ml. The obtained graphene oxide solution and inorganic crystal material having reduced grain size are uniformly mixed, coated on glass base material, placed at normal temperature for 48-72 hours, and dried, to obtain single-layer or multilayer graphene composite film on glass substrate. The single-layer or multilayer graphene composite film is reduced by reducing agent under protection of nitrogen or argon gas, and roasted at 400-600 degrees C. The content of inorganic crystal material is 0.2-80% of the total mass of the graphene oxide solution and inorganic crystal material. Thus, preparation of counter electrode is carried out.
