NOVELTY - Preparation of nickel-plated graphene comprises adding graphene powder slowly in roughening solution, dispersing, removing oil stain, separating, and washing with deionized water; adding sensitizing liquid, dispersing, separating and washing with water; adding activation solution, dispersing, and washing with water; adding reducing agent solution, dispersing, separating, and washing with water, and drying; adding solution containing nickel ions, reducing agent and complexing agent, stirring, and dispersing; and repeatedly washing with deionized water and ethanol until neutral. USE - Method for preparing nickel-plated graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and continuous production. The product has uniform thickness and smooth surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of nickel-plated graphene comprises: (A) adding graphene coarse powder slowly in roughening solution at 40 degrees C, ultrasonically dispersing for 5-30 minutes, removing oil stain, separating, and repeatedly washing with deionized water; (B) transferring to sensitizing liquid at room temperature, ultrasonically dispersing for 15-30 minutes, separating and repeatedly washing with deionized water; (C) placing in activation solution, ultrasonically dispersing for 10-60 minutes, and repeatedly washing with deionized water; (D) adding reducing agent solution, ultrasonically dispersing for 20-40 minutes, separating, and washing with deionized water until neutral, and vacuum drying; (E) adding solution containing nickel ion, reducing agent, complexing agent and plating solution at 30-60 degrees C, stirring, adjusting pH to 7.6-10, and ultrasonically dispersing for 20-40 minutes; and (F) repeatedly washing with deionized water and ethanol until neutral.
