▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - 1 mL 0.05 mg/ml Nano-graphite is prepared by reducing 20 mu L hydrazine hydrate at 95 degrees C for 1 hour, obtaining single layer of nano-graphene solution, diluting to 10 mL, stirring for 12 hours, and obtaining MP-11 non-covalent bond modified nano-graphene. The resultant material is used for electrochemically detecting protein molecules by measuring cyclic voltammetry and chrono current using three-electrode electrochemical workstation. USE - Detection of protein molecules by self-assembly of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently detects protein molecules by self-assembly of graphene with high sensitivity without using special equipment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 2 g Graphite nanofibers, 10 mL concentrated sulfuric acid and 1 g phosphorus pentoxide are mixed, heated at 80 degrees C for 30 minutes, cooled to room temperature over 6 hours and the mixture is diluted with distilled water. The resultant mixture is washed to neutral, dried and 50 mL concentrated sulfuric acid and 6 g potassium permanganate are added and stirred. The temperature of the resultant mixture is controlled at less than 20 degrees C, and the mixture is stirred at 35 degrees C in oil bath for 2 hours. To the resultant mixture, 280 mL water is added to terminate the reaction, and 5 mL 30% hydrogen peroxide is added. The mixture became bright yellow and the resultant mixture is dispersed in water. The resultant mixture is then filtered and the filter cake is cleaned using dilute hydrochloric acid, and dried to obtain nano graphene. 15 mg Nano graphene is dispersed in 45 mL water to obtain oxidized graphene dispersion. The oxidized graphene dispersion is diluted and the pH is adjusted to 10 using aqueous ammonia. 1 mL 0.05 mg/ml Nano-graphite is prepared by reducing 20 mu L hydrazine hydrate at 95 degrees C for 1 hour, obtaining single layer of nano-graphene solution, diluting to 10 mL, stirring for 12 hours, and obtaining MP-11 non-covalent bond modified nano-graphene. The resultant material is used for electrochemically detecting protein molecules by measuring cyclic voltammetry and chrono current using three-electrode electrochemical workstation.
