NOVELTY - An alginate-graphene-nano cuprous oxide antibacterial composite fiber is prepared by adding copper salt solution with graphene, microwave oscillating or high speed stirring, adding into sodium alginate water solution, mixing, adding glucose or ascorbic acid as reduction agent, reducing, negative pressure foaming, standing, aging, entering spinneret hole plate, coagulating and forming, heating, stretching, and drying. USE - Method for preparing alginate-graphene-nano cuprous oxide antibacterial composite fiber (claimed) used as functional non-spinning cloth. ADVANTAGE - The fiber has controllable nano oxide particle diameter, and good water absorption and air permeability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An alginate-graphene-nano cuprous oxide antibacterial composite fiber is prepared by preparing 2-7 wt.% sodium alginate water solution and 10 wt.% copper salt solution, adding copper salt solution with graphene, microwave oscillating or high speed stirring for 30-120 minutes to obtain mixed solution A, adding into sodium alginate water solution according to volume ratio of 5-9:1-5, mixing, adding glucose or ascorbic acid as reduction agent, reducing for 30-60 minutes to obtain sodium alginate-graphene-nano cuprous oxide gel, negative pressure foaming, standing, aging for 24-48 hours to obtain spinning liquid, entering spinneret hole plate, 1-5% +2 divalent metal salt bath forming and coagulating, heating, stretching, and drying.
