NOVELTY - A PTFE-based composite material comprises 75-95 parts mass PTFE, 5-15 parts mass inorganic lubricating filler and 1-5 parts mass Py-PB-COF fiber. The inorganic lubricating filler is a two-dimensional material. USE - PTFE-based composite material used as high-speed sealing material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material can be endowed with excellent mechanical strength, wear resistance and sealing performance, bearing various acting forces such as pressure, shearing force, and impact in the friction and sealing processes, and avoiding the composite material from being damaged. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of PTFE-based composite material, which involves (s1) mixing PTFE, inorganic lubricating filler and Py-PB-COF fiber to obtain a mixture, (s2) cold pressing the mixture to obtain a blank, and (s3) sintering the blank.
