▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Graphene waterborne polyurethane composite slurry comprises water-based polyurethane, where graphene is in weight ratio of 100:(0.025-5), and water-based polyurethane having solids content of 40-62 wt.%. USE - Graphene waterborne polyurethane composite slurry used for preparing aqueous polyurethane glove (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene waterborne polyurethane composite slurry does not use toxic solvent dimethylformamide, is easy degradation, environment-friendly, and durable, has excellent antimicrobial effect, meets national standard IS022196 and american standard AATCC100, antibacterial rate is more than 99%., protects health of the worker, and has wear level reaches european EN388 standard 4 level. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing graphene waterborne polyurethane composite slurry, which involves adding graphene, water-based polyurethane, synergist, water, anti-blocking agent, and titanium dioxide, and stirring uniformly to obtain final product; and (2) a method for preparing aqueous polyurethane glove, which involves immersing glove liner in coagulant, where coagulant comprises methanol or ethanol having mass percentage of 94-98 wt.% and calcium carbonate having mass percentage of 2-6 wt.%, and immersing calcium chloride or chlorinated zinc immersing in gypsum-water-based polyurethane composite slurry, impregnating graphene-water-based polyurethane composite slurry with thickening agent to controlling viscosity to 2000-3500 mega Pascal, and thickener is sodium polyacrylate, casein or sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
