NOVELTY - The method involves uniformly mixing a conductive filler and a conductive medium to obtain a conductive slurry. The conductive slurry is added in alcohol solvent and stirs uniformly to obtain conductive slurry. The conductive slurry is added to the titanium-based metal bipolar plate body to obtain a fuel cell titanium-based bipolar plate. The conductive filler is a mixture of at least two of nano-carbon black, carbon fiber, carbon nanotube and graphene. The conductive medium is an adhesive matter or a mixture of adhesive matter and metal particulate matter. The adhesive is one or a mixture of at least two of phenolic resin, epoxy resin, polyimide, polyvinylidene fluoride, polyethersulfone and polyetherimide. The metal is metal particulate matter. The alcohol solvent is an ethanol. The conductive slurry has an oxygen-enriched material, where the oxygen-enriched material is one or a mixture of NaClO3, hydrogen peroxide, water and potassium permanganate. USE - Method for preparing titanium-based bipolar plate of fuel cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, has low cost and high production efficiency, is easy to mass production or mass production, keeps better corrosion resistance, also has excellent conductivity, and satisfies use requirement of fuel cell stack.
