NOVELTY - The preparation method involves obtaining a graphene oxide dispersion by ultrasonic disperse graphene oxide in deionized water. A first mixed liquid is obtained by the graphene oxide dispersion liquid and the inorganic mixed liquid is ultrasonically mixed. A polymer solution is obtained by dissolving polyvinyl alcohol or polyvinylpyrrolidone in water. The conductive substrate as the receiving electrode is provided. The spinning dope is sprayed onto the conductive substrate using electrostatic spinning technology to form films of different thicknesses, and the conductive substrate is sprayed and dried. The sprayed conductive substrate and processing at high temperature is reduced to obtain graphene composite material for solar photo anode. USE - Preparation method of graphene composite material for solar photo anode. ADVANTAGE - The prepared photoanode has good conductivity. The thermal conductivity and mechanical properties is good. The production cost is very low, and the preparation method is simple. The specific capacitance of graphene-based electrode materials is increased.
