NOVELTY - Graphene epoxy paint comprises 100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 50-120 pts. wt. diluent, 1-20 pts. wt. nano-silicon dioxide, 1-20 pts. wt. mica flake, 1-20 pts. wt. montmorillonite, 20-200 pts. wt. zinc powder, 1-10 pts. wt. graphene, 0-10 pts. wt. carbon nanotube, 1-5 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1-5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent and 5-30 pts. wt. curing agent, where the diluent is acetone, toluene and/or xylene. USE - Used as graphene epoxy paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint: has excellent anti-corrosion effect, adhesion, leveling and construction performance and excellent mechanical properties; and utilizes less amount of zinc powder. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene epoxy paint, comprising (i) adding predetermined proportion of diluent into epoxy resin and stirring to obtain epoxy resin solution, (ii) adding a predetermined proportion of nano-silicon dioxide, mica flake, montmorillonite and zinc powder to epoxy resin solution and stirring, (iii) adding predetermined proportion of graphene and/or carbon nanotubes to mixture obtained in step (ii) and stirring, and (iv) adding predetermined proportion of leveling agent, antifoaming agent and curing agent to mixture obtained in step (iii) and stirring to obtain final product.
