▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/phenolic resin thermal conductive composite material, involves (i) adding graphene oxide with water, adding reducing agent, performing hydrothermal reduction process to obtain graphene hydrogel, freeze-drying to obtain graphene foam, (ii) preparing phenolic resin suspension using phenol, formaldehyde and water as raw materials, and sodium hydroxide as basic catalyst, (iii) vacuum- suctioning the prepared phenolic resin suspension into graphene foam, and curing at 160-200 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain graphene/phenolic resin thermal conductive composite material. USE - Preparation of graphene/phenolic resin thermal conductive composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent thermal conductivity and can overcome the drawbacks of the existing thermal conductivity material. The preparation method is simple and easy, and can overcome the limitation of the discontinuity of the thermal conductivity of the powdery graphene and achieves high strength without affecting the thermal conductivity.
