NOVELTY - A preparation of flame-retardant material, involves (1) mixing graphene oxide and N,N-dimethylformamide, ultrasonically shaking at 30-50 degrees C for 20-40 minutes, and then adding intumescent flame retardant, ultrasonically oscillating for 20-40 minutes at the temperature of 30-50 degrees C, then adding dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, mechanically stirring for 15-25 hours in a water bath at 40-60 degrees C, and finally centrifuging, cleaning and drying in sequence to obtain the modified flame retardant, (2) drying the intumescent flame retardant and polybutylene terephthalate at a temperature of 70-90 degrees C for 8-12 hours, and then mixing them according to different mass ratios to obtain a mixture, adding the modified flame retardant obtained in step (1), and pelletizing by a co-rotating twin-screw extruder, drying and injection molding. USE - Preparation of flame-retardant material with multi-layer structure (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flame retardant material combines a concentration gradient layered structure and a layered structure, maintains the mechanical properties, but also improves the flame-retardant properties. The flame retardant material effectively solves the problems of reduced mechanical properties and higher cost after the addition of flame retardants.
