NOVELTY - Preparation of monolithic polycrystalline cubic boron nitride blade adhesive involves heat-treating a cobalt powder, a nickel powder, a silicon powder and a palladium powder in presence of a protective gas, cooling, ball milling resultant mixture, obtaining a mixture (a), mixing with alumina, silicon carbide and titanium nitride, ball milling resultant mixture, obtaining a mixture (b), mixing resultant with potassium titanate whiskers and graphene. USE - Preparation of monolithic polycrystalline cubic boron nitride blade adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of monolithic polycrystalline cubic boron nitride blade adhesive having excellent fracture toughness, using easily available raw materials.
