▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing dispersant of epoxy graphene system comprises (i) mixing dihydric alcohol and trifunctional aromatic reactant according to the molar ratio of hydroxy to carboxy is 1.01-1.10:1, then reacting to obtain the hydroxy containing aromatic hyperbranched polyester, (ii) mixing hydroxy-containing aromatic hyperbranched polyester and caprolactone monomer according to the mass ratio of 1:1-10, adding 0.1-1.0 wt.% stannous octoate mass of the hydroxy containing aromatic hyperbranched polyester, carrying out ring-opening reaction at the temperature of 120 and 130degrees Celsius for 12-24 hours under the catalytic action of the stannous octoate to obtain hyperbranched polyester grafted polycaprolactone polymer after precipitation and drying, stirring and reacting at room temperature for 20-36 hours, washing, drying, concentrating and precipitating to obtain pyrene functional group-terminated aromatic hyper branched polyester-polycaprolactone polymer HPE-(PCL-Py)n. USE - The dispersant is useful as graphene composite material or epoxy resin-graphene oxide composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The dispersant: is capable of toughening epoxy resin matrix; has simple preparation method, excellent dispersing effect and high yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: aromatic hyper branched poly ester-polycaprolactone polymer prepared by the above-mentioned method; and use of aromatic hyperbranched poly ester-polycaprolactone polymer as dispersant. (1) Preparing dispersant of epoxy graphene system comprises (i) mixing dihydric alcohol and trifunctional aromatic reactant according to the molar ratio of hydroxy to carboxy is 1.01-1.10:1, then reacting at 220-240degrees Celsius until the acid value of the system is less than or equal to 20 mgKOH/g to obtain the hydroxy-containing aromatic hyperbranched polyester, where the dihydric alcohol is ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, diethylene glycol and/or triethylene glycol. The trifunctional aromatic reactant is trimellitic anhydride and/or trimellitic acid, (ii) mixing hydroxy-containing aromatic hyperbranched polyester and caprolactone monomer according to the mass ratio of 1:1-10, adding 0.1-1.0 wt.% stannous octoate mass of the hydroxy-containing aromatic hyperbranched polyester, carrying out ring-opening reaction at the temperature of 120 and 130degrees Celsius for 12-24 hours under the catalytic action of the stannous octoate to obtain hyperbranched polyester grafted polycaprolactone polymer after precipitation and drying, where n is more than or equal to 6, (iii) dissolving pyrene butyric acid, polymer (HPE-(PCL)n), dehydrating agent and p-dimethylamino pyridine in dichloromethane in a molar ratio of 5-10:1:1:0.1, stirring and reacting at room temperature for 20-36 hours, washing, drying, concentrating and precipitating to obtain pyrene functional group-terminated aromatic hyper branched poly ester-polycaprolactone polymer HPE-(PCL-Py)n, where the dehydrating agent comprises dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and/or 1-ethyl- (3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride.
