▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of barium titanate-based powder comprises mixing barium source, titanium source and oxalic acid to obtain barium titanate-based precursor suspension; adding carbon template to barium titanate-based precursor suspension to obtain carbon-coated barium titanate-based precursor, in which carbon template is porous carbon material; calcining carbon-coated barium titanate-based precursor; and thermally decomposing to obtain barium titanate-based powder. USE - The method is for preparing barium titanate-based powder used as dielectric medium for supercapacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can prepare tetragonal phase barium titanate base powder with excellent crystallization performance, small grain diameter and uniform grain diameter, and which greatly improves the dielectric property of the barium titanate-based powder. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) barium titanate-based powder comprising tetragonal barium titanate crystals with grain sizes of 10-30 nm; and (2) supercapacitor comprising first electrode, second electrode, and dielectric medium comprising barium titanate-based powder and is located between first and second electrodes.
