NOVELTY - Damping material comprises 60-95 pts. wt. rubber, 0.5-5 pts. wt. sulfur, 0.5-5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 0.05-0.5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.5-5 pts. wt. accelerator, 1-10 pts. wt. active agent, 0.1-3 pts. wt. age inhibitor, 1-10 pts. wt. plasticizer, 0.5-3 pts. wt. carbon nanotube and 1-10 pts. wt. filler. USE - The damping material is useful in damping structure for damper and blade (all claimed), and in wind power generator i.e. megawatt wind-driven generator. ADVANTAGE - The damping material: has good damping performance and radiating performance, can design damper structure in zigzag shape, thus ensure the connection strength of the blade and the impeller, adopts the damper i.e. fully exerts its damping effect under the constraint damping structure, thus improve the vibration effect of impeller to the blade. The method avoids the way of changing the blade structure by introducing damper between blade and impeller, thus the blade weight, structure and cost are not changed, and the blade performance is improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: preparing the damping material, comprising mixing carbon nano tube, filler, coupling agent and solvent and drying to obtain conductive heat conducting powder, plasticizing the rubber to obtain plasticating rubber, subjecting the plasticating rubber, crosslinking agent, accelerant, active agent, anti-aging agent, plasticizer and the conductive heat-conducting powder for banburying to obtain the rubber material, and mixing the rubber material and sulfur for milling to obtain the damping material; damping structure, comprising an inner ring metal piece, an outer ring metal piece, a damping material arranged inside the inner ring metal piece, setting the damping material between the inner ring metal piece and the outer ring metal piece and the damping material is the damping material; preparing the damping structure, comprising inner wall and the outer wall of the inner ring metal piece, after processing the inner wall of the outer ring metal piece, coating the vulcanized adhesive, obtaining the inner ring metal piece and the outer ring metal piece processed by the surface, injecting the damping material into inner ring metal piece and subjecting inner ring metal piece and the outer ring metal piece for vulcanization molding to obtain the damping structure; damper, comprising an upper bolt arranged on the top of the metal piece of the outer ring of the damping structure, and a lower bolt arranged at the bottom of the metal piece at the outer ring of the damping structure; and blade, comprising impeller bearing, a blade root, a blade body, and damper disposed between the impeller bearing and the blade root.
