NOVELTY - Preparing graphene ultra-filtration membrane by stirring concentrated sulfuric acid and sodium nitrate in water bath; adding deionized water in the mixed solution, adding hydrogen peroxide, centrifuging and washing, and drying; pouring the graphite powder into the ethanol solution, adding cobalt nitrate hexahydrate, stirring, and drying; diluting the graphene oxide by water, and ultrasonically processing; mixing polyethylene glycol with the graphene oxide aqueous solution; adding sodium hydroxide and chloroacetic acid in the mixed solution, ultrasonic treaing, and washing and drying; dispersing the carboxylated graphene oxide in the double-solvent composed of dimethyl acetamide and triethyl phosphate, adding polyvinylidene fluoride, mechanically stirring and dissolving to obtain the casting solution; nano high tension crushing, adding water to prepare nano solution, pouring the nano solution into the graphene oxide aqueous solution, and uniformly mixing. USE - Used as graphene ultra-filtration membrane preparation method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene ultrafiltration membrane with increased pore space, increased tension and strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene ultra-filtration membrane by pouring concentrated sulfuric acid and sodium nitrate into a beaker to mix; stirring the beaker in a constant temperature water bath; adding deionized water in the mixed solution, adding hydrogen peroxide, centrifuging and washing, and drying to obtain the graphite oxide powder; pouring the graphite powder into the ethanol solution, adding cobalt nitrate hexahydrate, stirring, and drying to obtain graphene oxide; diluting the graphene oxide by water, and ultrasonically processing to obtain the graphene oxide aqueous solution; adding the polyethylene glycol into the graphene oxide aqueous solution, and mixing; adding sodium hydroxide and chloroacetic acid in the mixed solution, performing ultrasonic treatment, and washing and drying to obtain carboxylated graphene oxide; dispersing the carboxylated graphene oxide in the double-solvent composed of dimethyl acetamide and triethyl phosphate, adding polyvinylidene fluoride, mechanically stirring and dissolving to obtain the casting solution; nano high tension crushing, adding water to prepare nano solution, pouring the nano solution into the graphene oxide aqueous solution, and uniformly mixing.
